This relatively lightweight and low value vacuum formed
product is quite flexible and resistant to flat face impacts,
but in contrast suffers from inherent weakness on corners.
Protech Corner Channels grip the product, provide an all
round air gap and spread potential impact force away from
the corners.

Heavy weighing unit is encapsulated in Corrupad to a
pre-calculated thickness and surface area loading.
This ensures optimum performance to satisfy customer
specified 1 metre drop test criteria.
The lighter less vulnerable parts are secured in a die cut
corrugated fitting which also resists any internal movement
from below.
